Health Aid Bifina is a probiotic supplement that contains live probiotic strains (Bifidobacterium Longum BB536). Bifidobacterium Longum has been known to improve gut flora, increase immunity and metabolism, and improve digestion / bowel movement
The probiotic strains are double enteric coated using a proprietary encapsulation technology by Morishita Jintan Co. Ltd. Japan. The encapsulated probiotic is designed to effectively deliver the probiotic strains straight to the intestines, where the enteric coat protects the probiotics from saliva, esophageal acid and other gastric acids, for it to be able to reach the intestines--this is where the probiotics will flourish and help improve gut flora.

one (1) box contains thirty (30) individual sachets of Bifina S30.
Bifina S: For daily maintenance, 1 sachet per day for adult. 2-3 sachets per day for diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, or after antibiotic cycle.
Bifina for Maintenance:
1. Preferred in the morning before breakfast, or at night before meal.
2. Open Sachet.
3. Empty whole content into mouth. (Taste like candy)
4. Do not chew.
5. Follow up with water to swallow it down.
6. Do not drink hot for 30 minutes after intake.
7. Store Bifina in the Refrigerator.
