The limited warranty provided by Hydro Flask only covers manufacturing defects. It does not include any damage or defect of any Hydro Flask products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:
-Improper use or misuse of the product.
-Damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications.
-Damage or defect caused by it resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or acts of God.
Note: Against manufacturer's defects- This refers to defects in the craftsmanship of the product caused by the factory or producer.
