The vines are cultivated on different terroirs at altitudes where the climate remains cool. The limestone and sandy soils of the Mediterranean facade bring freshness to the wine. This rosé is very fresh, with floral and fruity aromatic notes. Notes of blackcurrant, crushed raspberries associated with our exotic, ginger and grapefruit are found.
