They have a chewy texture with mild, nutty, and seafood like flavor when cooked. They also contain vitamin B6, and D, fiber, potassium, and antioxidant called ergothioneine, which can help decrease inflammation in the body!
Fresh oyster Mushrooms are always served chilled so make sure to store immediately inside fridge and consume within 1 to 2 days. To prolong shelf life, freeze your unused oyster mushroom and consume within 4 to 5 days.
