Cream Dory
• Recommended Dish: Cream Dory with Creamy Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 Red Bell Pepper
• 1 to taste Salt
• 1 to taste Cayenne pepper
• 1 to taste freshly ground black pepper
• 6 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
• 500 grams Dory fillet
• 1/8 cup Water
• 1/4 packet
• Nestle All Purpose Cream, 250mL
• 10 pieces picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well
Instructions:
1. Slice the bell pepper into 4 and remove seeds. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
2. Wrap the bell pepper in aluminum wrap and roast in a 200 degree C oven for 30 minutes.
3. Sear the fish fillets in the oil, about 2 minutes on each side. Finish in the oven if necessary.
4. Blend together roasted pepper, water, Nestle All Purpose Cream and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the fish with the sauce at the bottom.
