Submissions

We reserve the right to display advertisements in connection with your Submissions. We are not required to host, display, or distribute any Submissions, and may remove at any time or refuse any Submissions. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any kind to any Submissions.

You agree to keep all records necessary to establish that your Submissions do not violate any of the foregoing representations and warranties and to make such records available upon the our request. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability or safety of any content of any particular Submission and is not responsible for Submissions. Information and materials posted by you and by others is considered non-confidential. We do not monitor all submissions to the Site, but reserve the right to do so and to remove anything in our sole discretion.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SSN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

Minors

We reserve the right to add special protections for minors and users between the ages of 18-20, such as to provide them with a more age-appropriate experience.

Ability to Accept

Mobile

We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging fees, will still apply. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you will update your account information on Pickaroo.com within 48 hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.

Advertisers

Your interactions (including business dealings and participation in promotions) with advertisers found on or through the Site are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your interactions with advertisers or your activity with respect to the advertisements themselves.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of this Site is at your own risk. If you violate these Terms, we may terminate or suspend your access to this Site without notice. The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and general provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms. New Jersey law and controlling U.S. federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions, will govern these Terms.
